On December 1st, Grandrestaurant Pupp will host an exhibition evening of the Czech Junior Association of Chefs and Confectioners. This will give you a unique opportunity to enjoy an exclusive 3-course menu prepared for the IKA Culinary Olympics Gastronomic Olympics in Stuttgart at the end of February 2020.

Appetizer

halibut poached in truffle butter with lobster cake, cauliflower, bisque, asparagus, capers and fava beans

Main course

 chicken breast with Parma ham crust and dumplings with pork side, cabbage, baked potatoes, onion, cream sauce with foie gras, broccoli and Madeira.

Dessert

 Japanese yuzu citrus with jasmine tea, pistachio and pears.
