The Grandrestaurant introduces the gastronomic heart of the Grandhotel Pupp. The menu, prepared by chef Ondřej Koráb, is based on a modern concept of traditional Czech cuisine and a perfectly mastered culinary craft. In addition, the gourmet experience is enhanced by a unique interior with beautiful artistic decoration and a rich history.

Our selection of wine matches the overall concept of the hotel, and the majority of the wines are from some of  the best domestic wineries such as, Vinselekt Michlovský, Nové vinařství, Vinařství Vican from the Mikulov region, Piálek & Jäger or Špalek from the Znojmo region, others include Stapleton-Springer from Velké Pavlovice and Vilém Kraus from Mělník. They are complemented by the best of wine regions from around the world. Our sommeliers will be happy to help you choose the best pairing wines.
