Cancellation Policy for Group Reservations

Deposit and Its Purpose

When booking a table for a group of 7 or more guests, the guest is required to pay a deposit as follows:
CZK 1,000 per person for reservations at the Grandrestaurant.

Payment of the deposit confirms the reservation. In the event of the visit taking place, the deposit will
be deducted from the total price of the services consumed by the guest within the reserved table.

Possibility of Free Cancellation

The guest is entitled to cancel the reservation free of charge no later than 48 hours before the
scheduled reservation time, either via the link in the confirmation email or through the form available
on the operator’s website.

Cancellation Fee in Case of Late Cancellation or No-Show

If the reservation is cancelled later than 48 hours before the reservation time, or if the guest does not
attend at all, the operator is entitled to retain the paid deposit in full as a contractual cancellation fee.
This cancellation fee serves as compensation for the blocked table capacity, preparation costs,
staffing, and other operational expenses associated with preparing for guests who fail to attend
without timely notice.

Strict Liability of the Guest for Non-Attendance

The guest bears absolute strict liability for attending the reservation, without the possibility of
exoneration (i.e., without the possibility of exemption due to illness, force majeure, transportation
issues, or other circumstances on the guest’s side). This obligation was clearly communicated to the
guest prior to completing the reservation, and acceptance thereof is a condition for successfully
completing the booking process.

Legal Effect

By paying the deposit and completing the reservation, a binding reservation contract is concluded
between the guest and the restaurant operator, which includes the above conditions. The guest has
been made aware of these terms and agrees to them through active confirmation (“opt-in”) at the
time of booking.
