Czech National Culinary Team

After the junior representation, the senior team of the Association of Chefs and Confectioners of the Czech Republic will present themselves exclusively at Pupp.

Only this evening you have a chance to taste the competition menu prepared for the International Culinary Olympics 2020 in Stuttgart. Its final form is the result of two years of tuning and does not hide the ambition to build on a series of international successes of our chefs in recent years.


Marinated char, fish sauce, shrimp and char terrine, tempura prawn, potatoes with caviar, marinated cucumber with lemon jelly, kohlrabi ragout.
