The selection of wines also matches the overall concept of the hotel. It is dominated by wines from the best domestic wineries, such as Vinselekt Michlovský, New Winery or Château Valtice from the Mikulov area, Piálek & Jäger or Špalek from the Znojmo area, Stapleton-Springer from Velké Pavlovice or Bettina Lobkowicz from Mělník. They are complemented by the best of the wine regions of France, Italy or Germany, but also New Zealand and Australia. Our sommeliers will be happy to help you choose the right wine or pair.
