Selected wines from local and foregin vineyards

Our selection of wine matches the overall concept of the hotel, and the majority of the wines are from some of  the best domestic wineries such as, Vinselekt Michlovský, Nové vinařství, Château Valtice from the Mikulov region, Piálek & Jäger or Špalek from the Znojmo region, others include Stapleton-Springer from Velké Pavlovice and Bettina Lobkowicz from Mělník. They are complemented by wines from the most awarded regions of France, Italy and Germany, and also from New Zealand and Australia. Our sommeliers will be happy to help you choose the best pairing wines.
