with pistachio nuts, served with white and
red raspberry sauce

Wedding beef soup with homemade liver dumplings,
homemade noodles and root vegetables

Roast sirloin of beef with creamy sauce
served with Carlsbad dumplings with pumpkin seeds
and stewed cranberries


II.
Young rabbit terrine with leaves of baby spinach,
rowanberries sauce and "Rémy Martin" jelly

Corn chicken broth with meat and garden vegetables
and fresh chive

Old Bohemian duck with red cabbage and apples,
served with dumplings made from raw potatoes
and with a strong sauce
